Ocean Room: $NZ 650.00 per room per night.
Ocean Suite: $NZ 850.00 per suite per
night. This option is if you wish to take advantage of the privacy and
comfort of the guest lounge and adjoining bedroom exclusively. Please
specify your requirement.
Due to guest comfort considerations, we do not take children, except for a whole house booking when children are allowed. American
Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. A credit card number will
be required to secure your reservation.
Our core business is accommodation and our philosophy is to use the
best possible professionals in the region to provide extra services
such as Big Game Fishing, Diving, Sightseeing and Air Tours. All independent
operators are thoroughly vetted and service prices adjusted to appeal.
Cancellations: Cancellations affect our business significantly
as we have often turned away other customers to hold your reservation.
As most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult
to replace a reservation at late notice and for this reason our policy
is strictly adhered to. Reservations are not transferable.
Cancellations received over 30 days of commencement of the reservation
will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received within 30 days of commencement of the reservation
will be charged 50% of the total booking.
Cancellations received within 7 days of commencement of the reservation
will be charged 100% of the total booking.
