Three rooms are available in total: the Ocean Suite room and two Standard rooms. All are beautifully appointed with large en-suites, private decks and that unique and stunning Cavalli Beach House Retreat view. All prices include 12.5% Government Goods and Services Tax and are quoted PER ROOM. No allowances for singles or children.

These rates are inclusive of our GST tax, a delicious breakfast, all non alcoholic beverages and the use of all facilities such as Kayaks, Dinghy, Snorkeling Equipment and the hillside Jacuzzi.

Exclusive.
Wonderful dinners are costed at NZ$100 per person. A medal winning New Zealand wine list is also available.

Ocean Room: $NZ 650.00 per room per night.

Ocean Suite: $NZ 775.00 per suite per night. This option is if you wish to take advantage of the privacy and comfort of the guest lounge and adjoining bedroom exclusively. Please specify your requirement.

Due to guest comfort considerations, we do not take children. American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. A credit card number will be required to secure your reservation.

Our core business is accommodation and our philosophy is to use the best possible professionals in the region to provide extra services such as Big Game Fishing, Diving, Sightseeing and Air Tours. All independent operators are thoroughly vetted and service prices adjusted to appeal.

Cancellations: Cancellations affect our business significantly as we have often turned away other customers to hold your reservation.

As most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a reservation at late notice and for this reason our policy is strictly adhered to. Reservations are not transferable.

Cancellations received over 30 days of commencement of the reservation will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received within 30 days of commencement of the reservation will be charged 50% of the total booking.

Cancellations received within 7 days of commencement of the reservation will be charged 100% of the total booking.
